1,Functional use

HC200 digital coating thickness gauge is a kind of portable coating thickness gauge integrating magnetic property and eddy current. It can rapidly and precisely measure the thickness of coating and plating in a non-detective way. It can not only be used in laboratory, but also can be used in the project site. This gauge can be widely used in detection fields like manufacturing industry, metal-processing industry, and chemical industry. It is an essential gauge for the material protection profession.

2,Main characteristics

uIt adopts two kinds of thickness measuring method, namely magnetic property and eddy current. It can not only measure the thickness of non-magnetic cladding on the magnetic metal matrix, but also can measure the thickness of non-conductive cladding on the non- magnetic metal matrix.

uIt has two kinds of measuring modes: CONTINUE and SINGLE;

uIt has two kinds of operating modes: DIRECT and App1;

uThere are five statistics: MEAN, MAX, MIN, NO. and S.DEV;

uTwo kinds of methods can be adopted to calibrate it, and basic calibration method can be used to correct the systematic error of gaging head;

uIt has the function of storage: it can store 500 measured values;

uIt has the function of deletion: it can delete single suspicious datum appearing in the measurement, and also can delete all the data inside the storage area for the convenience of carrying out new measurement;

uIt can set the limit: automatic alarm can be set for the measured values outside the limit; and histogram can be used to analyze a batch of measured values.

uIt has the function of printing: it can print measured value, statistic, limit and histogram;

uIt has the function of communicating with personal computer: it can transmit the measured value and statistics to personal computer for the convenience of further processing of data;

uIt has the function of indicating power supply under-voltage;

uThere is buzz sound for prompting in the process of operation;

uIt has the function of error indication: indicate the error though screen display or buzz sound;
